Section 13(1) in Jammu and Kashmir State Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 2018
(1)The Board shall constitute a local level committee for such area, as may be specified by it from time to time.
