Section 29(4) in The Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority (Conditions Of Service Of Officers And Other Employees) Regulations, 2000
(4)Every officer and other employee shall serve the authority honestly and faithfully and shall use his utmost endeavour to promote the interests of the Authority and shall show courtesy and attention in all transactions and dealings between the officers and other employees of other organisations and the Authority.
