The petitioner prays for a direction to the respondents to release the arrears of revised pay scales, enhanced medical allowance, enhanced house rent etc. alongwith interest.
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition at this stage without issuance of notice to the other side with a direction to the respondents to consider the claim as set out by the petitioner in the Legal Notice (Annexure P-6) and take a conscious decision thereon by passing a speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
