29. Savings.
- The provisions of this Act shall not apply to any case, suit, appeal, revision petition or any other proceeding that may be pending at the commencement of this Act before the Director of Local Fund Audit, the Government or Civil Court and the law in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall, notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, continue to apply to such cases, suits, appeals, revision petitions or other proceedings.The Schedule.(See clauses (g) and (h) of section 2)I.
