Section 59(4) in Karnataka Housing Board Act, 1962
(4)There shall be payable in respect of the occupation of any such accommodation as aforesaid rent at such rate as may be prescribed taking into consideration,-(i)the cost of construction of the accommodation, and(ii)the cost of maintenance of the accommodation.
