Section 15(1) in The Tamil Nadu Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1958
(1)The State Board may, for any district or portion of a district, constitute a Local Committee consisting of not more than five members who shall be appointed by the State Board among the residents of the area concerned.The appointment of such members shall be subject to the approval of the Government and shall be for such period as may be prescribed.
