Section 13(1) in The M.P. Panchayat Nirvachan Niyam, 1995
(1)Every member of the public shall have the right lo inspect the voters' list referred to in sub-rule (4) of Rule 12 on payment of a fee of two rupees and certified copies of the same may be issued by the Registration Officer to an applicant on payment of the same fees as arc prescribed for copies of revenue records.
