(2)The District Planning Committee shall consist of -(a)members of House of people who represent the whole or a part of the District ;(b)such number of members of the State Legislative Assembly whose constituencies lie within the District ;(c)Sabhadhipati of the Zilla Parishad ;(d)Chairman of the Panchayat Samitis of the District ;(e)Chairman of the Municipal Authorities and Notified area Authorities within the District ;(f)such number of representatives from other local authorities as may be prescribed ;
