(d)"manufacturer" means manufacturer of art silk yarn or art silk cloth or both and includes a manufacturer of any fabric or article made of art silk yarn or art silk cloth and a processor of art silk yarn or art silk cloth, and "manufacturer" shall be construed, accordingly;
