Section 42 in The Rajasthan Tenancy (Board Of Revenue) Rules, 1955
42. Enquiry to be held by the Tehsildar.
- On receipt of an application mentioned in Section 117(2) the Tehsildar shall fix date for hearing in the presence of the applicants. The opposite party shall be served with a notice along with a copy of the application specifying the place and time of appearance. The parties shall be required to appear with all the evidence on which they may rely.
