We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through the transfer petition filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it eminently fit to transfer (HMA)No.62043/2016 titled as “Vinod vs. Jyoti” pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohini, Delhi to District Judge, Family Court, Kurukshetra at Haryana.
The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed. The entire record shall immediately be sent to the transferee Court.
We direct the parties to appear before the transferee Court on 22.04.2019 at 11.00A.M. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
