Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Private Colleges (Regulation) Rules, 1976
(1)Subject to the orders and instructions issued by the Government from time to time, every college may be paid grants specified in sub-rule (2). No grant shall be paid to any college, the affiliation/approval of which has been withdrawn by University concerned for the period of such withdrawal of affiliation/approval.
