168. Locking of motors of nuts.
- All moving parts of every public service vehicle and all parts subject to severe vibration connected bolts or studs and nuts, shall be fastened by locking of nuts with efficient spring or lock nut washers or by castellated nuts and split pins or by some other efficient devices so as to prevent them working or coming loose.
