Section 14 in The Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology University Act, 2005
14. Governing Body.
(1)Governing Body shall consist of those members who are from time to time the trustees of the CEPT Trust.(2)The Chairman shall be the Chairman of the Governing Body.(3)The Registrar shall be the non-member Secretary of the Governing Body.
