5 22-08-2012Heard the learned counsel for the appellant on the interlocutory application No. 4335 of 2012.
This is an injunction application filed by the plaintiff appellant under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying therein to restrain the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession of the appellant.
Issue notice to the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 only in injunction matter i.e. I.A. No. 4335 of 2012.
The appellant shall file necessary requisite in ordinary process as well as registered post both within two weeks.
