Section 107(1) in The Orissa Municipal Employees' Pension Rules, 1989
(1)All money received from the Councils, as well as from Government in shape of grants-in-aid under these rules may be deposited by the Administrator of the Fund in any of the Banks which he thinks proper and convenient after an account is opened therefor.
