(9)A candidate claiming admission against a seat reserved for physically handicapped will have to attach with his application for examination, an attested copy of valid disability certificate, in the prescribed form, from the State Medical Board. If such valid certificate is not attached with the application form the candidate will be disqualified for admission against a seat reserved for physically handicapped.
