Section 239(1) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(1)No person suffering from any dangerous disease shall wilfully expose himself, and no person in charge of any person suffering from a dangerous disease shall expose such person, without proper precautions against spreading the said disease, in any street or in any school or factory, or in any inn, dharmashala, theatre, market, or to other place of public resort.
