Section 7(b) in Govind Guru Tribal University at Banswara Act, 2012
(b)to provide for instruction in such branches of learning as the University may from time to time, determine and to make provisions for research and for the advancement and dissemination of knowledge as is necessary for the furtherance of the objects of the University;
