22. Salary, allowances and other terms and conditions of service of Chairperson and Members.–
The salary and allowances payable to and other terms and conditions of service, including pension, gratuity and other retirement benefits, of the Chairperson and other Members shall be such as may be prescribed:Provided that no salary, allowances and other terms and conditions of service of the Chairperson or other Members shall be varied to his disadvantage after his appointment.
