Section 10(1) in State Bank of India General Regulations, 1955
(1)The Central Board [or its Executive Committee] [Inserted by Resn. C.B.S.B.I. , dated 29-11-1994 (w.e.f. 15-10-1993).] may close the [register] [Substituted 'principal register or any one or more of the branch registers' by Resn. C.B.S.B.I. , dated 29-11-1994 (w.e.f. 15-10-1993).] from time to time for such periods, not exceeding four weeks at any one time, as shall, in its opinion, be necessary.
