Section 16 in The Rajasthan Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1951
16. Bar to Jurisdiction of civil and criminal courts in matter of taxation.
- The liability of a person to pay the tax shall not be questioned or determined otherwise than as provided in this Act or in rules made thereunder and no prosecution suit or other proceeding shall lie against any officer of the [State Government] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act No. 27 of 1957.] for any thing in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
