8. Meetings of the Central Executive Committee.
(1)The Central Executive Committee shall have quarterly meetings, frequency of which may further be increased by the Chairperson if deemed necessary.(2)The Chairperson shall be authorized to convene emergent meetings of the Central Executive Committee as and when exigency arises.(3)In the meetings of the Central Executive Committee, a simple majority of the members will form quorum.
