Section 2(c) in Chandigarh Allotment of Plots in Sub-urban Sectors Rules, 1972
(c)"Competent Authority" means the Estate Officer or any other officer to whom the powers and functions of the competent authority are entrusted by the Chief Administrator, Chandigarh.
