Patna High Court CWJC No.12177 of 2014 (4) dt.07-08-20142/2 This writ application, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, filed on behalf of the petitioner is directed against the order dated 19.05.2014 passed in Title Partition Suit No.01 of 2004 , whereby the court of Munsif-I, Patna, allowed the application dated 02.07.2013 filed on behalf of the plaintiff- Respondent to proceed with the preparation of the final decree.
From perusal of the impugned order, I find no illegality calling for interference with the same under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, this writ application stands dismissed.
