Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate immediate action to
avert unauthorized parking of auto- rickshaws on the side of Poovar -
Neyyattinkara Highway at Olathanni junction (shown in Exhibit P1 sketch),
pending disposal of the Writ Petition (Civil).
This petition again coming on for Admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated 03.09.2021
and upon hearing the arguments of M/S T.A.UNNIKRISHNAN & K.K.AKHIL Advocates
for the petitioners, SRI.R.T.PRADEEP, STANDING COUNSEL for the respondents 1 &
Addl. R5 and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the respondents 2 to 4, the court passed
the following:
