112. Establishment of Sinking Fund.
- The Municipality shall establish a Sinking Fund in respect of each loan raised under section 109 for the repayment of moneys borrowed, or debentures issued, and shall in every year, pay into such Sinking Fund such sum as shall, be sufficient for the repayment, within the period fixed for the loan, of the moneys borrowed or the debentures issued.
