Section 70(2) in The Goa, Daman and Diu (Excise Duty) Rules, 1964
(2)The application for the licence shall contain the following particulars:-(i)Name of the owner or the tenant of the cashew groves;(ii)Name of the groves and their situation;(iii)Probable quantity of the juice he expects to produce.
