Section 14(iii) in Andhra Pradesh Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Rules, 2008
(iii)The occupier of the factory for whom a particular area is declared as a factory zone under Section 11 of the Act shall adhere to the schedule of implementation for setting up the processing factory and such other facilities as may be required by the Oil Palm Commissioner;
