Vide order dated 21.12.2013, the appeal was restored subject to payment of `2,000/- as costs, to be deposited with Advocate Welfare Fund, High Court, Chandigarh. And the matter was adjourned to 11.03.2014. On 11.03.2014, neither anybody caused appearance on behalf of the appellant nor the cost was deposited.
As per the office report, costs, in terms of the order dated 21.12.2013, has not been deposited so far. None is present on behalf of the appellant to pursue the appeal. That being so, the court is choiceless but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
