Grounds for First Appeal:

The Appellant had complained that she had not been appointed having more marks than other candidate and had asked what caused the delay in her appointment.
Order of the First Appellate Authority The First Appellate Authority ordered, "I have perused the original RTI application dated 14.1.2009 filed by Ms. Bhagwati Devi, the appellant and the reply furnished by the SPIO dated 16.2.2009. The case was discussed. The Appellant does not fulfill the requirements of the Recruitment Rules of the user department. Nothing remains in the appeal."

Non-appointment on the said post.
