(a)Any reference to Law College Dehradun affiliated to Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Central University, Srinagar Garhwal; Uttaranchal Institute of Technology, Uttaranchal Institute of Management and Uttaranchal Institute of Business Studies affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University and Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Central University, Srinagar, Garhwal in any contract or other instrument shall be deemed as a reference to Uttaranchal University, established under this Act;
