141. Contributions to Pupils' Fund not to be exempted.
(1)Any student exempted from payment of any fee, whether in full or in part, shall not be exempted from contributing to the Pupils' Fund.(2)Nothing in sub-rule (1) shall apply to students, belonging to the scheduled caste and tribe.
