Section 21(1) in The Uttar Pradesh State Sports University Act, 2021
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board shall be responsible for the general superintendence, direction and control of the affairs of the University and shall exercise all the powers of the University, and shall have the power to review live acts of the Academic and Activity Council, the Finance Committee and other committees or authorities of the University.
