Section 111(12) in The Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis Act, 1961
(12)Every meeting shall be open to the public, unless the presiding authority deems any inquiry or deliberation pending before the Zilla Parishad should be held in private, and provided that the said officer may at any time cause any person, who interrupts the proceedings to be removed.
