Section 11A(2)(i) in The M.P. Nagariya Kshetron Ke Bhumihin Vyakti (Pattadhruti Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiva Jana) Rules, 1998

(i)The meeting shall be convened if a notice signed by not less than five members of the Mohalla Sabha alongwith copy of the proposed no confidence motion showing the reasons thereof is given to the Competent Authority;
