Section 44L in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2008
44L. Ensuring membership of primary Agricultural credit societies/LAMPS to depositor and borrowers.
- Every person who is a borrower or depositor of Large Area Multipurpose Co-operative Societies/ PACS or wants to become a borrower or depositor of such society shall be compulsorily made a member or an associate member of such society in terms of sub section(6) of section 44H with full voting rights.
