ORDER:
The counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders passed in W.P.No. 19270 of 2002, dated 24.10.2018. The Standing Counsel for the respondents has not disputed the same.
2. In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the orders passed in W.P.No. 19270 of 2002, dated 24.10.2018. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
