Prayer:  Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.12118/D1/20111 dt. 13.9.2011 and quash para 22 of the said impugned proceedings in so far as the petitioner is concerned and to issue consequential direction to the respondents herein promoting the petitioner as Middle School Headmistress (Urudhu) from the year 2013 onwards on par with her junior Thaheera construing 2 Year Diploma in Teacher Education as equal to +2 under the control of respondents herein.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this writ petition has already become infructuous in view of the G.O.Ms.No.165 dated 15.10.2014, passed by the Chief Secretary to Government and he had also made an endorsement to that effect.
