Section 19 in Delhi Lokayukta and Upalokayukta Act, 1995
19. Power to Delegate.
- The Lokayukta or Upalokayukta may by a general or special order in writing , direct that any power conferred or duties imposed on him by or under this Act (except the power to make inquiry or to report to the competent authority) may also be exercised or discharged by such of the officers, employees, agencies referred to in section 13 as may be specified in the order.
