Section 23(b) in Telangana General Clauses Act, 1891
(b)in relation to any Ordinance promulgated by the Governor under article 213 of the Constitution or any Regulation made by him under paragraph 5 of the Fifth Schedule to the Constitution, in like manner as they apply in relation to [the Acts] [Substituted by Act No.IX of 1961.] made by the State Legislature:
