Section 26(1) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(1)A veterinary practitioner whose name is struck off from the register under Sub-section (2) of Section 25 or whose registration has been cancelled under Subsection (3) of Section 21 shall forthwith surrender his certificate of registration to the Registrar and the name of such practitioner shall be published in the official Gazette.
