Section 2(m) in Assam Public Service Commission (Procedure and Conduct of Business) Rules, 2010

(m)Principal Controller means the Principal Controller of Examinations of the Assam Public Service Commission who shall be in overall control, supervision, conduct and management of all examinations of the Commission.
