130. Resignation by office bearers.
(1)An office bearer of a Panchayat may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the prescribed authority.(2)The manner of giving notice and procedure of tendering resignation and of its becoming effective shall be as may be prescribed:Provided that a person tendering resignation may withdraw his resignation before it becomes effective.
