Section 12 in Gujarat Single Window Clearances Rules, 2017

12. Grievance Redressal Mechanism.

- In case where any applicant raises any grievance in respect of the application ticket number gets generated, the said grievance shall, as far as practicable, be resolved within a period of seven working days by the appropriate authority or Nodal Agency. If the grievance is not resolved within prescribed time limit as mentioned, the same may be placed before the head of department of appropriate authority for necessary action.
