Section 25N(1)(b) in The Industrial Disputes Act, 1947

(b)the prior permission of the appropriate Government or such authority as may be specified by that Government by notification in the Official Gazette (hereafter in this section referred to as the specified authority) has been obtained on an application made in this behalf.
