Section 5 in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Land Records) Rules, 1957
5. Salary.
- Subject to any sanctioned local allowance the pay of all Patwaris is personal and does not depend on the circle to which a Patwari is posted. To begin with a Patwari will be appointed on the lowest pay of the sanctioned scale. The scale of pay and allowance of the Patwaris shall be as sanctioned by the Government from time to time.[Provided that(i)a probationer trainee appointed to the service by direct recruitment shall be paid monthly fixed remuneration during the period of probation at such rate as may be fixed by the Government, from time to time.(ii)an employee having been regularly selected as per provisions of these rules in the Government service may be allowed emoluments in his/her own pay scale in the existing pay scale of the post during service as probationer trainee or fixed remuneration of the new post, whichever is advantageous to him/her.]
