Section 61(10)(o) in The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958

(o)There shall not be less than two exits serving every floor area above and below the ground floor, and at least one of them shall be an internal enclosed stairway. [Iron rung ladders or spiral staircases shall not be acceptable for use as exit staircases.] [Inserted by Amendment Rules, 1991]
