(3)The Government shall forward a copy of the inspection or review or performance audit report, as the case may be, to the Vice-Chancellor for obtaining the views of the Executive Council. On receipt of the views of the Executive Council, the Government may tender such advice as it may consider necessary and fix a time limit for the action to be taken by the University on the advice tendered.
