71. Review of format and manuals.
- The Indian Bureau of Mines or the Director, Atomic Minerals Directorate for Exploration and Research, as the case may be, shall revise or update, every three years or earlier, if required, after consultation with stakeholders, the formats of the scheme of reconnaissance, scheme of prospecting, mining plan and the mine closure plan provided by it.
